Brij Studios provides commercial photography, graphic design, art direction, and branding services for businesses and brands.

Each project is subject to a written quotation and/or service agreement confirming the scope of work, fees, and delivery timelines.
Quotations and Payments
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- A deposit (usually 30–50%) may be required to confirm a booking or project.
- Remaining balances are due upon project completion or before final delivery of files.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods.
- Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month or the maximum allowed by law.
Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
- Brij Studios retains copyright ownership of all creative work (including photographs, designs, and concepts) until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the final deliverables as agreed in the project contract.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Brij Studios reserves the right to:
- Display completed work for portfolio, social media, or marketing purposes.
- Retain original source files and working materials (e.g., RAW files, design files).
- Usage rights do not include resale, redistribution, or modification without prior written consent.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information, assets, and feedback needed for the project.
- Obtain all necessary permissions for use of logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material supplied.
- Approve proofs, drafts, and deliverables in a timely manner.
- Brij Studios is not liable for delays caused by late client feedback or incomplete materials.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made within 7 days of a scheduled shoot or design start date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Rescheduling is allowed with reasonable notice and subject to availability.
- If Brij Studios must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, any deposits paid will be fully refunded
Limitation of Liability
Brij Studios will not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Loss of data, profits, or reputation resulting from use of our services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the relevant project.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all non-public business information confidential, unless required by law or mutually agreed otherwise.
Data Protection and Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal data is handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
